Green Habitat Energy provides strategic guidance to help builders and property owners identify available energy efficiency rebates and incentive programs.

We assist with:

  • Identifying qualifying HVAC systems

  • High-performance insulation upgrades

  • ENERGY STAR appliance eligibility

  • Window & envelope efficiency incentives

  • Water efficiency program eligibility

Our role is to help you evaluate potential incentives and structure projects to maximize available savings.

Green Habitat Energy provides:

  • Identify programs

  • Assist with documentation

  • Coordinate with HVAC contractors

  • Help struture specs

  • Guide Submission

Builder still signs documents

Fee structure: Retainer + Success Fee 

Example:

Retainer: $2,000 - $5,000 per development

Success Fee: 10% - 15% of rebate funds secured
