  • ≤ 3 ACH50 (typical requirement)

Delaware Duct Leakage Standard

At 25 Pascals:

  • ≤ 4 CFM per 100 sq ft (Rough-In), or

  • ≤ 8 CFM per 100 sq ft (Final)

Testing documentation must be submitted prior to certificate of occupancy.
